Our machines can mould any thermoplastic material up to 6.00 mm thick on machines ranging in size from 680 x 760 x 300 mm up to 2000 x 1000 x 500 mm., on tools made from aluminium, resin or wood. We have full facilities for trimming the components by router, press, and/or various types of saw. We also have line bending (plastic folding) equipment up to 1100 mm. commonly used in POS and enclosures. With considerable experience of part assembly using various types of adhesives and welding techniques we can deliver fully assembled components.
